“Melody Yaslan”, who often shares beauty tips from around the โปรโมชั่นพิเศษจาก UFABET สมัครตอนนี้ รับโบนัสทันที world with her 336,000 followers on TikTok, recently revealed a natural secret from “stinging nettle” to stimulate hair growth.

“My great-grandmother’s hair was this long when she was 60 years old. Now my 80-year-old grandmother has hair like this,” she said, pointing to a photo of a woman with beautiful hair down to her mid-back, before revealing that the plant that helps speed up hair growth so that no one goes bald is  Stinging Nettle. Stinging  Nettle’s hair care benefits are three main, she explained: “ It blocks the enzyme that causes hair loss, detoxifies the scalp and strengthens the hair follicles.”

She also recommends that if you want to try the benefits of stinging nettle, choose a shampoo with stinging nettle extract and avoid using conditioner.  “I notice that my hair looks thicker if I don’t use conditioner. I use stinging nettle shampoo, but to keep my hair from drying out, I put argan oil on my hair before showering, leave it on for an hour, and then use the stinging nettle shampoo on my scalp. My hair is so soft after showering.”

She claims that this hair care routine helped her hair grow from a short bob to shoulder-length in less than a year, adding that you can drink nettle tea or use it as a hair rinse to enhance the care routine, and that nettle tea can also help relieve menstrual cramps.

But if photos of women with mid-back hair weren’t enough to convince you, a study that tested the effectiveness of stinging nettle on mice showed promising results. When the extract of stinging nettle, scientifically known as Urtica dioica,  was applied to the shaved skin of mice and observed over a period of 21 days, it was found that hair grew 10.02 mm long compared to 8.94 mm in the control group.

Further research has found that stinging nettle extract stimulates the growth of cells in the skin called dermal papilla cells , which are important parts of the hair follicles and control hair growth. Nettle contains vitamins, minerals, and iron that promote healthy skin and hair, as well as a plant chemical called beta-sitosterol that stimulates growth factors that promote hair growth.

After the video clip was released, people who heard the information rushed to help comment to confirm the benefits of using stinging nettle in hair care, such as “When I was young, I washed my hair with nettle water every week. It worked very well”, “I have thinning hair, and my Balkan mother-in-law used nettle oil on me and my hair started growing right away”.
